Our house clearance service does have a cost, but we always aim to keep your costs as low as possible. Wherever practical, we will look to rehome or reuse suitable items. Anything that cannot be rehomed is taken to Thanet Waste Recycling Centre, where it is 100% recycled. Nothing goes to landfill.

Once the clearance is complete, we will provide you with a Waste Transfer Note, confirming that all waste has been handled and disposed of legally and responsibly, in accordance with current Waste Regulations.
